The questions we're asked before an invitation to tender, answered from our own projects.
How much do you charge?
Our rates start from £70 per m² for wall and floor tiling and from £150 per m² for natural stone, labour only. The final price depends on the format, the pattern, the setting out and the access, so we price each package from the drawings.
Do you supply the tiles and stone?
Our prices are for labour. The tiles, stone and adhesives are usually supplied by the client or the main contractor; tell us what is specified and we'll work to it.
Do you have the manpower for a large package?
We run a team of 30 to 40 tilers and stone fixers, and our largest package so far was worth £3 million. Send the programme and we'll tell you how we'd resource and phase it.
Who have you worked for?
Most of our London work has been for Ardmore, on The Gantry in Stratford, the Old War Office on Whitehall, Whiteleys in Bayswater, Carrington Street in Mayfair, Cambridge House and Comely Road, and 100 West Cromwell Road.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £2,000,000 Public Liability insurance.
What qualifications does your team hold?
Our supervisors hold the NOCN Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision, our stone fixers the ProQual Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Stonemasonry (Internal Stone Fixing), and the team is trained on Schlüter systems.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We give a 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship.
Do you do small domestic jobs?
Our work is mostly packages for main contractors, developers and fit-out companies. If you have a private project, send the details and we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Where do you work?
We're based in Romford and work across London and Essex. Most of our projects are in central London: Mayfair, Westminster, Bayswater, Stratford and King's Cross.
How do we get a price?
Use the tender form to send the drawings, the tile and stone schedule and the quantities, or send them by email or WhatsApp. We price from the documents.

Drawings, the tile and stone schedule, the quantities and the programme: whatever you have. We price the labour for the whole tiling and stone package, or for one part of it.
