Held by our site supervisors, who run the team and the work area day to day.

ProQual Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Stonemasonry (Internal Stone Fixing)
Held by our stone fixers, for marble and natural stone floors, walls, stairs and details.

Schlüter training
Our team is trained on Schlüter systems for waterproofing, profiles and trims.

How a package runs
From the drawings to handover

Drawings, specification and quantities
You send the drawings, the tile and stone schedule and the quantities. We price the labour for the whole tiling and stone package, or for one part of it.

Setting out before the first tile
Floors and walls are checked for level, the setting out is agreed with the site team, and pattern, joint width and cuts are fixed before work starts.

Supervised on site
Our supervisors hold an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and work to the main contractor's RAMS, inductions and site rules.

Checked room by room
Each area is checked against the drawings and the specification before it is signed off, so snagging stays small at handover.

Handover and 12 months
We hand over clean, finished rooms and stand behind our materials and workmanship for 12 months.
Quality, stage by stage
What gets checked before it's covered
A tiled floor is only as good as the screed and the setting out under it, so we check those while they can still be put right.

| Substrate | Level, flatness and dryness of floors and walls checked before anything is fixed to them. |
| Setting out | Joint lines, pattern start points and cuts agreed with the site team before the first tile or stone goes down. |
| Waterproofing | Membranes, corners and drain connections in wet areas checked before they are tiled over. |
| Finished room | Joints, levels, lippage and silicone checked against the specification before the room is signed off. |
